MEMORANDUM OPINION

 

Appellant pleaded guilty before the court to the offense of delivery of a controlled substance. She was convicted and the court sentenced her to ten years probation and a fine of $500.

Appellant has filed a request in this court, personally signed by her and approved by her attorney, to withdraw her notice of appeal and dismiss the appeal. No decision of this court having been delivered prior to the receipt of Appellant's request, her request to withdraw her notice of appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
