This appeal was perfected from an order of dismissal and imposition of sanctions against Kenneth Greer and Appellant Pearson, jointly and severally, signed October 2, 1990. Appellant, pro se, states in his Motion to Dismiss Appeal that he no longer wishes to pursue the appeal and requests that the appeal be dismissed.

Appellant's motion is granted. The appeal is dismissed.
