Memorandum Opinion by Justice Moseley MEMORANDUM OPINION This is an appeal1 from the trial court’s orders partitioning real property in Rusk County and confirming the sale of that property. The appellants, members of the Tremble family, have raised four points of error. Two companion appeals were filed, involving the same issues, parties, and resolutions as they relate to two different parcels of real property. Based on the reasoning in our opinion in cause number 06-15-00004-CV, issued on even date herewith, we likewise overrule the appellant’s points of error in this matter. We affirm the trial court’s judgment. Bailey C.
