Appellant, Brian David Fisher, appeals from the trial court’s judgment adjudicating him guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon2 and sentencing him to seven years’ confinement. Pending before this Court is Appellant’s motion to voluntarily dismiss the appeal.
