Schaap, Presiding June 14, 2017 MEMORANDUM OPINION Before QUINN, C.J., and CAMPBELL and PIRTLE, JJ. Appellant Marie Ellyson filed a notice of appeal but did not pay the filing fee. See TEX. R. APP. P. 5. By letter of May 19, 2017, we notified Ms. Ellyson that the filing fee had not been paid, and further notified her that the appeal would be subject to dismissal if she failed to pay the fee by May 30. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(c). Ms. Ellyson has not paid the filing fee or filed any response to our May 19 letter. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed because of Ms. Ellyson’s failure to comply with a requirement of the Rules of Appellate Procedure. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(c). Per Curiam 2
