The Memorandum Opinion of this court affirms the trial court’s order dismissing the claims of Appellant, Hershall Joseph Shelley, for want of personal jurisdiction over the Board of Governors of Colorado State University signed September 8, 2015.1 I concur with the majority opinion of this court to the extent that it affirms the dismissal based on the inadequacy of Appellant’s pleadings.
