Appellant Stephanie Moore filed a notice of appeal on September 28, 2015, appealing a judgment in favor of appellee Raymond Conrad. The clerk’s record was filed on November 5 and the reporter’s record, on November 9. Appellant’s brief was due on December 9. On December 17, the Court sent appellant notice that her brief was overdue and that the appeal was subject to dismissal for want of prosecution if a response was not made by December 28. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b). Appellant did not file a brief or a response by this deadline. We gave appellant a similar notification by letters of January 8 and January 25, 2016, the second letter notifying appellant her appeal was subject to dismissal if her brief was not filed by February 4. Appellant has not filed a brief or otherwise communicated with the Court. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1); 42.3(b). James T.
