Pending before this Court is Appellant s Unopposed Motion to Supplement the Record Due to Defect and Motion for Extension of Time to File Appellant s Brief. By the motion, Appellant maintains that by letter of December 13, 2012, he filed a written designation requesting the trial court clerk to supplement the record with Appellant s responses and replies to motions for summary judgment, but they were not included. By the motion, Appellant also requests a second extension of time in which to file his brief. We grant the motion in its entirety and direct the Lubbock County District Clerk to prepare a supplemental clerk s record containing the items requested in Appellant s letter of December 13, 2012. The record is to be filed with the Clerk of this Court on or before Friday, March 29, 2013. Appellant s brief is due to be filed in this Court on or before Friday, April 12, 2013. It is so ordered.
