Per Curiam Memorandum Opinion MEMORANDUM OPINION The court has considered relators’ petition for writ of mandamus, the response from real parties in interest, relators’ reply, relators’ unopposed motion to seal and response filed by real parties in interest, and the parties’ supplemental briefing regarding the motion to seal. The court is of the opinion that mandamus relief should be denied. Accordingly, relators’ petition for writ of mandamus is denied. The court grants the motion to seal in part. All documents in this original proceeding––except this court’s correspondence to the parties, orders, and opinion–– are sealed and will be maintained as sealed in this court’s records.
