Per Curiam Delivered: August 27, 2020 1 The trial court appears to have denied relator’s September 2019 application for writ of habeas corpus in a November 13, 2019 order that is included in the clerk’s record of relator’s appeal pending in this court in cause number 02-19-00390-CR. We are forwarding a copy of that order to relator along with a copy of this memorandum opinion. Relator’s appeal of the denial of that application for writ of habeas corpus remains pending in this court. 2
