Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has failed to show he is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, “Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus and Request for Emergency Stay” and “Motion for Emergency Relief” are denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8.(a), (d).
