In the Court of Appeals Second Appellate District of Texas at Fort Worth ___________________________ No. 02-18-00428-CV ___________________________ MICHAEL WILSON, Appellant V. THRESHOLD PARADISE LP, Appellee On Appeal from the 67th District Court Tarrant County, Texas Trial Court No. 067-299251-18 Before Kerr, Pittman, and Birdwell, JJ. Per Curiam Memorandum Opinion MEMORANDUM OPINION AND JUDGMENT On February 15, 2019, and April 1, 2019, we denied appellant’s motions challenging the trial court’s orders sustaining the court reporter’s contests to appellant’s statements of inability to pay costs. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 145(f)(3), (g). In our April 1, 2019 order, we also ordered appellant to pay the $205 filing fee and notified him, in accordance with rule of appellate procedure 42.3(c), that we would dismiss his appeal unless he paid the $205 filing fee by April 11, 2019. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 20.1(b)(1), 42.3(c), 44.3. On April 22, 2019, we granted “Appellant[’]s Motion for Leave to Extend Time to Pay Filing Fee” and ordered the $205 filing fee due by May 2, 2019. In that order, we warned appellant that no further extensions would be granted. Despite this extension of time, appellant has not paid the filing fee. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 12.1(b). Because appellant has not complied with a procedural requirement and the Texas Supreme Court’s order of August 28, 2015, 1 we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c), 43.2(f). Appellant must pay all costs of this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 43.4. Per Curiam Delivered: May 30, 2019 See Supreme Court of Tex., Fees Charged in the Supreme Court, in Civil Cases in the Courts of Appeals, and Before the Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation, Misc. Docket No. 15-9158 (Aug. 28, 2015) (listing courts of appeals’ fees). 1 2
