AND L.M., CHILDREN ------------ FROM THE 362ND DISTRICT COURT OF DENTON COUNTY TRIAL COURT NO. 2001-40857-362 ------------ MEMORANDUM OPINION1 AND JUDGMENT -----------Appellant attempted to appeal the trial court’s Temporary Orders and Court Order for Emergency Temporary Restraining Order. On November 22, 2016, and January 23, 2017, we sent the parties letters informing them of our concern that we lack jurisdiction over this appeal because there did not appear to be a final judgment or appealable interlocutory order. On January 31, 2017, Appellant filed a “Statement of Jurisdiction” agreeing that this appeal should be dismissed 1 See Tex. R. App. P. 47.4. for lack of jurisdiction.
