In its denial order, the court warned appellant that if he did not file his appellant’s brief by Monday, April 24, 2017, this appeal would be dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1); 42.3(b). Appellant has not responded, nor has he filed a brief. 1 See Tex. R. App. P. 47.4. Because appellant’s brief has not been filed, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b), 43.2(f).
