Appellant, proceeding pro se, filed a document that we construed as a notice of appeal. We sent appellant a letter expressing our concern that we lacked jurisdiction over the appeal because the trial court’s order was not appealable. We advised appellant that unless he filed a response showing grounds for continuing the appeal, we could dismiss it. See Tex. R. App. P. 44.3. 1 See Tex. R. App. P. 47.4. Appellant has not responded to our letter. Because the trial court’s contempt order is not appealable, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R.
