BROWN ________________________________________________________________________ Original Proceeding 435th District Court of Montgomery County, Texas Trial Cause No. 10-03-02609-CV ________________________________________________________________________ MEMORANDUM OPINION On September 1, 2016, this Court granted mandamus relief and ordered the trial court to vacate its October 21, 2015 order and appoint counsel to represent Clarence D. Brown. See In re Brown, 501 S.W.3d 116, 119 (Tex. App.—Beaumont 2016, orig. proceeding). By opinion dated April 27, 2018, the Supreme Court of Texas conditionally granted mandamus relief from this Court’s decision. See In re State of Texas, No. 16-0829, 2018 WL 1974361, at *8 (Tex. April 27, 2018) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we vacate our September 1, 2016 opinion and 1 corresponding judgment conditionally granting mandamus relief. We deny the petition for writ of mandamus filed by Clarence D. Brown on March 4, 2016. PETITION DENIED.
