In The Court of Appeals Ninth District of Texas at Beaumont _________________ NO. 09-16-00425-CV _________________ IN RE ANGELLA SOILEAU ________________________________________________________________________ Original Proceeding 136th District Court of Jefferson County, Texas Trial Cause No. D-194,954 ________________________________________________________________________ MEMORANDUM OPINION Angella Soileau petitioned this Court for a writ of mandamus after the trial court granted the motion of the real party in interest, Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, to exclude documents that Soileau failed to timely produce in discovery. See generally Tex. R. Civ. P. 193.6. After reviewing Soileau’s petition, and considering the arguments presented in her petition and the documents contained in the appendix to the petition, we conclude that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in granting Nationstar’s motion to exclude. See id. Accordingly, we deny the petition for a writ of mandamus. See generally Tex. R. App. P. 52.8 (a). 1 PETITION DENIED. PER CURIAM Submitted on November 9, 2016 Opinion Delivered November 10, 2016 Before McKeithen, C.J., Horton and Johnson, JJ. 2
