F-161,254-E and C-198,411. See Tex. R. App. P. 52. On July 5, 2011, we ordered Relator s release from confinement on bond pending final resolution of the habeas proceeding. Limbrick notified the Court that he is no longer seeking relief from this Court and requested that this original habeas proceeding be dismissed. Accordingly, we vacate our order of July 5, 2011, order the release of the sureties from any further obligation on the bonds filed in connection with this original proceeding, if any, and we dismiss this original proceeding without reference to the merits.
