We questioned our jurisdiction over the appeal and requested a response. On July 29, 2011, appellant requested that the appeal be dismissed. The request to dismiss the appeal is voluntarily made by the appellant prior to any decision of his Court. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). No other party filed notice of appeal. We grant the request and dismiss the appeal.
