In The Court of Appeals Ninth District of Texas at Beaumont _________________ NO. 09-11-00546-CV _________________ IN RE DIONNE OLIVER ________________________________________________________________________ Original Proceeding ________________________________________________________________________ MEMORANDUM OPINION Relator seeks mandamus relief from an order granting a motion for new trial after the jury delivered a verdict in favor of the defendant in a health-care-liability case. The trial court stated its specific grounds for granting a new trial. In re Columbia Med. Center of Las Colinas, Subsidiary, L.P., 290 S.W.3d 204, 214 (Tex. 2009). The reasons are clearly identified and reasonably specific. Id. at 215.
