Valenzuela, Justice Delivered and Filed: November 10, 2021 MOTION TO DISMISS GRANTED; DISMISSED On October 6, 2021, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion for temporary relief requesting a stay of the underlying proceedings pending final resolution of the petition for writ of mandamus. On October 7, 2021, we issued an order denying relator’s petition for writ of mandamus, denying relator’s motion for temporary relief, and stating an opinion would be forthcoming. On October 12, 2021, relator filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the petition for writ of mandamus. We grant the motion and dismiss the original proceeding. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1)–(2). PER CURIAM This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 20-02-38509-MCVAJA, styled Anthony Gonzalez and Grecia Rodriguez et al. v. Reece Albert, Inc. et al., pending in the 365th Judicial District Court, Maverick County, Texas, the Honorable Amado J. Abascal, III presiding. 1
