On July 20, 2020, the real parties in interest filed a response. On July 31, 2020, relator filed an unopposed motion to dismiss its petition for writ of mandamus as moot. We grant the motion and dismiss the petition as moot. PER CURIAM This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2018CV122752, styled Michelle Contreras, et al. v. FedEx Corporation, et al., pending in the 225th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. The Honorable Norma Gonzales signed the order at issue in this original proceeding. 1
