Rodriguez, Justice Delivered and Filed: July 22, 2020 DISMISSED FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION On June 9, 2020, we issued an order in which we reminded appellant that the “[a]ppellant’s brief is due on or before June 30, 2020.” Additionally, we warned appellant that “[n]o further requests for an extension of time in which to file appellant’s brief will be considered.” Appellant has filed a motion for extension of time, requesting until July 10, 2020 in which to file her brief. Appellant’s motion is DENIED. Additionally, appellant’s brief has not been filed. We therefore dismiss this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(c) (permitting appellate courts to dismiss an appeal when appellant fails to comply with a court order); In the Interest of E.J.V., No. 04-18-00035-CV, 2018 WL 1511773, at *1 (Tex. App.—San Antonio Mar. 28, 2018, no pet.) (mem. op.) (per curiam) (dismissing appeal, in part, for failure to comply with order to file docketing statement). PER CURIAM
