Rodriguez, Justice Delivered and Filed: April 3, 2019 PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED On March 25, 2019, relator filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus in which he complains the trial court has not set for hearing or ruled on his pro se “Petition Requesting an Emergency Restraining Order and Amendment of Plea Agreement,” which he contends he filed on January 11, 2019. In his prayer for relief, relator asks this court to direct the trial court to either release him from confinement or order him to complete an out-patient treatment program. After considering the petition, this court concludes relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
