Rodriguez, Justice Delivered and Filed: July 17, 2019 REVERSED AND RENDERED This is an appeal from the trial court’s order denying the appellant’s plea to the jurisdiction. The parties have filed a joint motion to render judgment effectuating their agreement. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A). In the joint motion, the parties ask us to reverse the trial court’s order without regard to the merits, and to render judgment dismissing the appellee’s claims against the appellant. The motion is granted. The trial court’s order denying the appellant’s plea to the jurisdiction is REVERSED without regard to the merits, and judgment is RENDERED dismissing, for lack of jurisdiction, the appellees’ claims against the appellant. See id. 42.1(a)(2)(A), 43.2. In accordance 04-19-00067-CV with the parties’ agreement, all costs are taxed against the party who incurred them, and the clerk of this court is directed to issue the mandate immediately.
