Fourth Court of Appeals San Antonio, Texas MEMORANDUM OPINION No. 04-18-00593-CV IN RE SECURE SAN ANTONIO’S FUTURE, POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE Original Mandamus Proceeding 1 PER CURIAM Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Karen Angelini, Justice Irene Rios, Justice Delivered and Filed: August 29, 2018 PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED On August 22, 2018, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion for immediate temporary relief. The real parties in interest filed a response. After considering the petition and response and based on the record from the non-evidentiary TRO hearing, we cannot conclude the trial court could have reached only one decision. Liberty Nat’l Fire Ins. Co. v. Akin, 927 S.W.2d 627, 630 (Tex. 1996) (orig. proceeding) (quoting Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 840 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding)). Therefore, relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). Relator’s motion for immediate temporary relief is MOOT. PER CURIAM 1 This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2018CI14633, styled Secure San Antonio’s Future Political Action Committee v. International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 624, a/k/a San Antonio Professional Fire Fighters Association, et al., pending in the 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Cathleen M.
