Alvarez, Justice Irene Rios, Justice Delivered and Filed: November 15, 2017 PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED On October 16, 2017, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. Relator also filed seven motions for judicial notice, a motion to suspend Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 9.3(a) and 9.4(f), a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and motions to recuse or disqualify Chief Justice Sandee Marion and Justice Karen Angelini. The court has considered the petition and is of the opinion Relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). Relator’s motions to take judicial notice are denied. Relator’s motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and motion to suspend Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 9.3(a) and 9.4(f) are granted. Relator’s motions to disqualify Chief Justice Marion and Justice Angelini are dismissed as moot. See TEX. R. APP. P. 16.2.
