On September 18, 2017, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. The court has considered the petition and is of the opinion Relator is not entitled to the relief sought. PER CURIAM 1 This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2017-CI-07662, styled Tabitha Jurek, et al, v. Diana Garcia, et al, pending in the 225th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Charles E. Montemayor presiding. 2 Relator is not required to seek leave of court to file a petition for writ of mandamus or a motion for emergency relief. Therefore, Relator’s motion for leave is moot.
