On May 19, 2017, this court granted Relator’s motion requesting abatement pending a hearing on Relator’s expunction petition, set for June 15, 2017. Relator has now filed a motion requesting this court lift the abatement and dismiss this mandamus proceeding. Accordingly, the abatement is lifted and this original mandamus proceeding is dismissed.
