The parties request that we: render judgment (1) vacating the district court’s August 3, 2016 final judgment from which this appeal was taken; (2) ordering the release of the September 8, 2016 supersedeas bond filed by Appellants SWEPI and Fidelity; (3) ordering that all costs of court and attorney’s fees in Cause No. 2014CVF000297-D2 or in this appeal be assessed against the party who has incurred such costs and fees, and that no party shall be responsible for any attorney’s fees or costs of court incurred by any other party; (4) and dismissing Cause No. 2014CVF000297-D2 with prejudice. 04-16-00553-CV We grant the motion and render judgment in accordance with the parties’ request.
