Relator also filed a motion for emergency stay, which this court granted. A court’s ruling or decision to grant or deny a transfer venue for the convenience of the parties and witnesses may not be reviewed by mandamus. TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. Accordingly, we deny Relator’s petition for writ of mandamus and lift the stay issued by this court on July 20, 2016.
