Martinez, Justice Jason Pulliam, Justice Delivered and Filed: August 24, 2016 PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED On July 18, 2016, relator Coastal Alamo Investment, LLC filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court’s order transferring this case to Hidalgo County, Texas for the convenience of the parties and the witnesses. Relator also filed a motion for emergency stay, which this court granted. A court’s ruling or decision to grant or deny a transfer venue for the convenience of the parties and witnesses may not be reviewed by mandamus. TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE ANN. § 15.002(c) (West 2002); Garza v. Garcia, 137 S.W.3d 36, 39 (Tex. 2004). Accordingly, we deny Relator’s petition for writ of mandamus and lift the stay issued by this court on July 20, 2016.
