After Valenzuela perfected his appeal to this court, the parties filed an Agreed Motion for Reversal of Trial Court Judgment. The parties request this court reverse the trial court’s judgment without regards to the merits and remand the case to the trial court for a trial upon the merits. 04-16-00426-CV This court grants the parties’ motion, reverses the judgment of the trial court, and remands the cause to the trial court for further proceedings.
