Alvarez, Justice Delivered and Filed: August 24, 2016 DISMISSED FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION Appellant filed an appeal from the trial court’s judgment signed June 9, 2016. Appellant’s brief was due July 22, 2016. Neither the brief nor a motion for extension of time was filed. On July 27, 2016, we ordered appellant to file, not later than August 8, 2016, his appellant’s brief and a written response reasonably explaining his failure to timely file the brief.
