Appellant did not pay the $205 filing fee. On May 25, 2016, this court abated this appeal to the trial court to hold a hearing and enter an order ruling on appellee’s contest to appellant’s affidavit of indigency. Following hearing and entry of orders finding this appeal to be frivolous and striking appellant’s affidavit of indigency, this court reinstated this appeal on July 6, 2016. This court ordered appellant to pay the filing fee on or before July 12, 2016, and admonished appellant that the appeal would be dismissed if he failed to pay the filing fee. See TEX. R. APP. P. 5, 42.3(c). Appellant did not pay the filing fee. 04-16-00143-CV This appeal is DISMISSED for failure to pay the filing fee. See id. PER CURIAM -2-
