Alvarez, Justice Delivered and Filed: December 16, 2015 PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED On November 19, 2015, relator Robert Martinez filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus. The court has considered relator’s petition and is of the opinion that relator has not established a clear right to the relief sought. See In re State ex rel. Weeks, 391 S.W.3d 117, 122 (Tex. Crim.
