On November 19, 2013, this court ordered appellant to show cause in writing by December 2, 2013, why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. Appellant 04-13-00733-CV did not respond. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b). Costs of the appeal are taxed against appellant. PER CURIAM -2-
