On January 27, 2004, this appeal was abated based on the appellees' notices of bankruptcy. On March 24, 2008, the parties filed a joint motion to lift stay and dismiss appeal, attaching copies of the bankruptcy court's final orders. The appeal is reinstated on the docket of this court. The parties' joint motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed. Costs of the appeal are taxed against the parties who incurred them.
