In re Georgia Spurlock--Appeal from 73rd Judicial District Court of Bexar County
Annotate this CaseNo. 04-07-00557-CV
IN RE Georgia SPURLOCK
Original Mandamus Proceeding (1)
PER CURIAM
Sitting: Alma L. L pez, Chief, Justice
Phylis J. Speedlin, Justice
Steven C. Hilbig, Justice
Delivered and Filed: October 3, 2007
PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED
The court has considered relator's petition for writ of mandamus. The court is of the opinion that relief should be denied. The record filed by the relator in this case does not establish that no evidence supports the trial court's Rule 306a findings and does not reveal that the realtor established an alternate notice date as a matter of law. See In re Lynd Co., 195 S.W.3d 682, 686 (Tex. 2006); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52.7 (record must contain a complete certified or sworn copy of every document material to the relator's claim). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is denied. Relator shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.

1. This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2005-CI-08074, styled Georgia Spurlock v. Dymaxion Apartments, et al., pending in the 73rd Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Karen Pozza presiding.
