PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

The court has considered relator's petition for writ of mandamus. The court is of the opinion that relief should be denied. The record filed by the relator in this case does not establish that no evidence supports the trial court's Rule 306a findings and does not reveal that the realtor established an alternate notice date as a matter of law. See In re Lynd Co., 195 S.W.3d 682, 686 (Tex. 2006); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52.7 (record must contain a complete certified or sworn copy of every document material to the relator's claim). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is denied. Relator shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.
