PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Pedro Solis Sosa seeks mandamus relief related to post-conviction habeas corpus proceedings in a death penalty case. The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals is the only court with jurisdiction to grant this relief. See In re Canada, 2005 WL 1106083 (Tex. App.--San Antonio 2005, orig. proceeding); In re McAfee, 53 S.W.3d 715, 718 (Tex. App.--Houston [1st Dist.] 2001, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, relator's petition for a writ of mandamus and motion for temporary relief are dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
