REVERSED AND REMANDED

The parties have filed a joint motion to reverse the trial court's judgment and remand the cause to the trial court. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a). They have also requested immediate issuance of the mandate. See Tex. R. App. P. 18.1(c) ("The mandate may be issued earlier if the parties so agree, or for good cause on the motion of a party."). We grant the parties' joint motion, reverse the trial court's judgment, and remand the cause to the trial court. We order the clerk of this court to issue the mandate as soon as possible. Costs of appeal are taxed against appellant. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(d).
