In the Interest of S.Q.G.J., A Child
From the 37th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2005-PA-01883
Honorable Martha Tanner, Judge Presiding

PER CURIAM

Sandee Bryan Marion, Justice

Delivered and Filed: July 11, 2007

DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

From our initial review of the record it appeared that appellants had not timely filed their notice of appeal or motion for extension of time in which to file their late notice of appeal. Therefore, on June 13, 2007, we ordered appellants to show cause in writing by June 28, 2007 why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Appellants responded that they are without counsel and seek additional time in which to obtain counsel but do not otherwise show they have timely perfected their appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 26.

Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(a).
