The parties have filed joint motions stating they have fully resolved and settled all issues in dispute. The parties ask that we vacate the trial court's judgment and render a judgment dismissing the cause. We grant the motions. The judgment of the trial court is therefore vacated, and judgment is rendered dismissing the cause. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A). Costs of appeal are taxed against the appellant. See id. at (d).
