Appellant filed a notice of appeal in the underlying cause on September 19, 2005. On September 28, 2005, the trial court granted appellant s motion for new trial. On November 23, 2005, we ordered appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed as moot. Appellant did not respond to our order. Because the trial court granted the motion for new trial, this appeal is dismissed as moot. In re A.M.M., No. 04-04-00383-CV, 2004 WL 1666033, at *1 (Tex. App. San Antonio July 28, 2004, no pet.).
