DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

This is an appeal from a judgment signed October 19, 2004. No motion for new trial was filed. The time for perfecting the appeal expired on November 18, 2004. Tex. R. App. P. 26.1. Appellant s motion for extension of time to perfect the appeal, to be filed within 15 days after the deadline for filing the notice of appeal, was due December 3, 2004. Tex. R. App. P. 26.3. On August 17, 2005, Appellant filed his motion to extend time to perfect the appeal, 257 days after the latest deadline. See Tex. R. App. P. 26.3. Appellant s Motion for Leave to File Late Notice of Appeal is denied. Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
