MEMORANDUM OPINION

No. 04-05-00340-CV

In the Interest of V.E.R., et. al., Children

From the 225th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 2004-PA-00279

Honorable Andy Mireles, Judge Presiding

PER CURIAM

Sitting: Alma L. L pez, Chief Justice

Catherine Stone, Justice

Rebecca Simmons, Justice

Delivered and Filed: August 10, 2005

DISMISSED FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION

The clerk s record was originally due on March 31, 2005. On May 16, 2005, the court reporter filed a Notification of Late Reporter s Record stating that the clerk s record was not filed because appellant has failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the clerk s fee for preparing the record and that appellant is not entitled to appeal without paying the fee. On June 8, 2005, this court ordered that appellant provide written proof to this court no later than June 18, 2005, that either (1) the clerk s fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the clerk s fee; or (2) appellant is entitled to appeal without paying the clerk s fee. Our order also stated that if appellant failed to respond within the time provided, this appeal would be dismissed for want of prosecution pursuant to Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). No response was filed. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). Costs of appeal are taxed against appellant.
