PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DISMISSED

In his petition, Appellant asserts claims against the district clerk located in Houston, Texas. In accordance with Tex. Gov t Code Ann. 22.201 (Vernon 1988), this court is not vested with jurisdiction. Accordingly, relator s petition for writ of mandamus is DISMISSED.

No costs shall be assessed against relator because he is indigent.

The clerk of this court is directed to transmit a copy of this opinion to the attorneys of record, the trial court judge, and the trial court clerk.
