IN RE Raymond EZELL, Jr.
Original Mandamus Proceeding (1)

PER CURIAM

Sitting: Alma L. L pez, Chief Justice

Catherine Stone, Justice

Karen Angelini, Justice

Delivered and Filed: November 3, 2004

PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

Relator seeks mandamus relief from an order entered and other actions taken in regard to his felony criminal conviction. This court dismissed relator's direct appeal pursuant to rule 25.2 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. Relator must seek any further relief through a post-conviction writ of habeas corpus not through a petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 11.07 (Vernon Supp. 2004-2005). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is denied.

PER CURIAM

1. This proceeding arises out of Cause Nos. 2003-CR-6094 & 2003-CR-7951-W, styled The State of Texas v. Raymond Ezell, tried in the 379th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Bert Richardson presiding.
