DISMISSED

Appellant Alonso R. Alvarado pled guilty to the offense of possession of cocaine and was sentenced to seven years imprisonment in accordance with the terms of his plea-bargain agreement. Alvarado then filed a notice of appeal. On appeal, his court-appointed counsel filed a brief in accordance with Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). Alvarado's counsel also filed a motion to withdraw. In response, Alvarado filed a pro se motion to dismiss this appeal. We GRANT Alvarado's motion to dismiss and DISMISS this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.2(a). We also GRANT appellant's counsel's motion to withdraw.
