JOINT MOTION TO VACATE JUDGMENT AND DISMISS APPEAL GRANTED; JUDGMENT VACATED; APPEAL DISMISSED

The parties have filed a joint motion stating they have fully resolved and settled all issues in dispute. The parties ask that we vacate the trial court's judgment and dismiss this appeal. The motion does not reflect any agreement regarding costs of this appeal.

We grant the motion. The judgment of the trial court is vacated and this appeal is dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2); 43.2(f). All costs of this appeal are taxed against appellants. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(d).
