Appellants have filed a motion to dismiss the pending appeal against appellees Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Company, Benefit Alliance, Inc., Steve Koronzcok, and Dennis Peterson; however, appellants intend to proceed with their appeal against appellee American Heritage Life Insurance Co. Therefore, we grant the motion and dismiss the appellants' appeal as against appellees Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Company, Benefit Alliance, Inc., Steve Koronzcok, and Dennis Peterson. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2). Appellants' appeal against appellee American Heritage Life Insurance Co. is retained on the docket of this court. See id. As between appellants and appellees Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Company, Benefit Alliance, Inc., Steve Koronzcok, and Dennis Peterson, costs are assessed against the parties who have incurred them.
